1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using IIITHRIII services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and services.

2. Mentorship Services

2.1 Service Description

IIITHRIII offers one-on-one mentorship sessions in CG Art, Music Production, Sound Design, and DJ'ing. Sessions are conducted remotely via video conferencing.

2.2 Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required in full before the session begins. Sessions will not commence until payment has been confirmed and received.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• By Client: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
• By Instructor: In rare cases where IIITHRIII must cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

2.4 Rescheduling

Session rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. One free reschedule is permitted per booking. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Course Materials

All materials, techniques, and methodologies shared during mentorship sessions remain the intellectual property of IIITHRIII. You may use the knowledge gained for personal and commercial projects, but may not resell, redistribute, or teach the exact materials provided.

3.2 Your Work

You retain full ownership of any work you create during or after mentorship sessions. IIITHRIII may request permission to showcase your work as a portfolio example with proper attribution.

3.3 Website Content

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, music, and images, is the property of IIITHRIII or used with permission and is protected by copyright laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Record sessions without prior written consent
• Share login credentials or session access with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate IIITHRIII or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and materials are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. IIITHRIII does not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes or results from mentorship
• Employment or career advancement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That defects will be corrected

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. While we strive to provide high-quality mentorship, individual results may vary based on effort, prior experience, and aptitude.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IIITHRIII, Najim Filali Saksak, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any other matter relating to the service

The total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 2.3. Generally:

• No refunds after a session has been completed
• Partial refunds for multi-session packages if requested before 50% completion
• Full refunds if service cannot be provided as described
• Technical issues on our end resulting in incomplete sessions will be rescheduled or refunded

8. Professional Conduct

Both parties agree to maintain professional conduct during all sessions. IIITHRIII reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund for:

• Disrespectful or abusive behavior
• Violation of these terms
• Illegal activities or requests

9. Confidentiality

Information shared during mentorship sessions is confidential. However, IIITHRIII may share anonymized information for educational or promotional purposes. Personal details and project specifics will not be disclosed without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

IIITHRIII reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
